Customs officials at Sarfeet Customs were able to seize three drone jamming devices that were professionally hidden inside one of the cars coming through the Sarfeet port.

In a statement by the Director General of Sarfit Customs, Mr. Ahmed Bakrit, he stated that the seized devices differed in design from those seized at shipping customs. It is closer to a traditional rifle.

He also explained that these successive seizures at customs come in implementation of the government’s directives and the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Mr. Salem Bin Brik, and the head of the department, Mr. Abdul Hakim Al-Qubati, in combating smuggling.
